Photography: A Battle Against Procrastination?

We all want to create, yet we often find reasons not to—too busy, bad weather, not the right gear. But the truth is, most of us already have what we need. A smartphone, a camera, and the willingness to see the world differently.

Steven Pressfield nailed it in the book: The War of Art: Resistance is strongest right before the finish line. The hardest part is starting. So, whenever that urge to create strikes—don’t overthink it. Just go out and shoot.

On January 25, 2025, I had the pleasure of leading a street photography walk with a group of talented photographers. We embraced the moment, captured the streets, and fought resistance with every click.
